Poor quality – a stone fell out

Poor quality – a stone fell out, but the sales associate refuses to replace the item. The price dropped by 40%, it has not been 30 days since the purchase, but the cashier refuses to issue a price adjustment. The sales associate Maria is rude and unfriendly.
