Returned. Came in small 4 boxes, so must have a lot to put together. Don’t know how all furniture fits in boxes, pillows and canopy. Thought it would be delivered like furniture comes. Didn’t open boxes and Fed ex left on porch and boxes are truly really heavy. I was unhappy of this issue and issue returning. Had to pay to return for UPS to pick up. Haven’t gotten credit back as of yet which has been awhile.

Poor quality control

Received packages with missing parts. Some parts were damaged due to poor packaging and craftsmanship. Some pieces did not fit together well and had to be forced. Sent message to manufacturer, still waiting for missing parts. Would not recommend buying from this company, especiallywith Macy'slimited 30 day returnpolicy. I will likely return which is such a hassle.
