Wicker love seat

I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I chatted online with one of your people about the wicker love seat if I could return to the store if I wasn’t satisfied. I was told I could to find out after I received it I could not. I would not have purchased it if that was the case. I pay my handyman to assemble it ( which was difficult) when it was put together it was 2 chairs that do not attach and lean against each other. I would not have bought it if I knew that but was not shown online or did it say that anywhere. I also had to buy other cushions because the cushions are so thin and color off. It is the most uncomfortable love seat I have ever sat in.
