Zipper Trouble

I had read some reviews warning about the zipper and must say that I'm also finding it to be a little challenging. I find I have to pinch it at the top end in order to get it to zip. The leather quality and color and the style are pleasing but I wish the zipper was smoother. I'd recommend it with that caveat.

This is a very nice handbag. It has plenty of space to put all of your accessories without it being too gaudy or heavy. Very nice for every occasion and every day. zipper problems

I have a few of this design in different colors and the one I just got online is pretty (black) has the same zipper probably that everyone is complaining about. it is wavy and difficult to open it close. the leather will get soft in time and the side pockets will loosen up. on one of my other purses I had to cut the strap off and buy a pure leather one and clip it on. it matches but I shouldn't have to ever replace a strap. her purses used to have a lifetime warranty but now it's only one year so keep your receipts. if you register your purse in her website you will get a two year warranty. I can see why the lifetime warranty is no more. her products only last that long before things start breaking down and I have many purses so I don't use the same on all the time. I really love the size of this one so I'm going to work the zipper and may apple a little wax for a smoother zip. I wish Patricia Nash would read these reviews

Nice purse

Not the typical quality that I have come to know from Patricia Nash products. The zipper is not easy to use, and I wish that the front and back pockets were easier to get a cell phone into, not as wide as they need to be. The end pockets are not necessary. I kept it because I still like it, because of the great pockets inside and nice cross-body strap.
