shoulder strap is not detachable

wanted to love it but the quality feels a bit diminished specially the inside liner is not as thick as in previous pieces. Another detail I don't like is the shoulder strap is not detachable, too thin and feels cheaply made. its part of my luggage European map collection so I will keep as a wallet

Wonderful Organizer

Wonderful organizer. This is a replacement bag. The clasp broke on first one that my husband purchased in October 2025. Macy's replaced the bag in January 2026. Macy's staff provided excellent service.

Love the purse, just too small for me.

Beautiful purse and I love the separate organizer with 9 credit card slots, an ID window slot and bill slots and the zipper pockets in the organizer part and the main compartment. Unfortunately, it is too small for what I want to put in it so I will be returning it and looking for one similar to it, but in a little larger size.

Second purchase same purse DISAPPOINTED

I bought this purse for a trip to Italy and loved it. The clasp to close the purse broke and I loved it so much I bought it again. Unfortunately the shoulder strap was different and does not while hanging make the purse level. The strap now to attached is crooked, before it was attached to the top of the purse now on the sides unevenly. Very disappointed. I really loved this purse but now it is not functional.
