Description and picture do not match

I made my first on line purchase. I intended to purchase the blue floral multicolored bag. when I picked up my order in the store and took it home I had the brown map bag. Now I need to take back at the purse. I would have been happy with the purse if it had been the right one.

Quality classic leather bag; little practical room

This is a good quality leather bag that looks clean lined and sleek but several issues were noticed once I started using it. It fits a bulky rectangular wallet, a pair of sunglasses in its case and one 16 ounce water bottle. Two medication bottles and a lip stick. That’s it! The outside pockets are only useful for flat items (tissues, tickets etc). The biggest problem is the bag is not zippered shut. There is a snap in the top middle section of the bag that leaves two open slots on either side that someone can easily reach into and steal your wallet (at NYC for example). The strap is also too long and I am not sure if the strap is leather because it behaves rather stiffly on my shoulder and keeps sliding off. That means it has to be worn across the body. All in all, while this bag has a sleek and classic look with its shiny quality leather, it is not that practical at all. It can be used to go out to a casual but nice dinner with friends but do not walk around with it for too long.
