Beautiful bag, poor design

This bag is beautiful! The only things I don’t like are you have to open two kiss locks to open the bag, which makes it kind of cumbersome. They also make a loud noise when closing them. I’m returning this bag because there’s a spot on the bottom leather piping that’s scratched off. It worries me that the leather is soft on the piping and could scratch easily. Also, Macy’s left the security tag on when they shipped it to me. It was clear as day that it was still attached. I don’t know how that was missed.
