Beautiful bag, but the straps are tricky...

I was really looking forward to using this bag. It really is nice and attractive. The first day I used it, I noticed the shoulder straps kept falling off my shoulders. i figured out the shoulder straps are actually too thick and round, that's why they keep falling off my shoulders. I don't have fat shoulders, I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs. I really wish the shoulder straps were thinner like the Dooney purses. I have several of those purses and their straps never fall off my shoulder. I hope they will fix this problem. I won't return the purse because I'm past the return policy, but I'll use the purse for nights out on dates or short trips into town. Not a good purse for grocery shopping or shopping in general. That's my honest Mom opinion. :-)

Love these bags

This is my 3rd bag from Patricia Nash, I just love them. This one would definitely be a 5 if the handles were a few inches longer for shoulder carry
