Beautiful Bag But...

This is a beautiful bag; however, I observed that the handles and other areas had begun to peel. There was no way to contact Macy's customer service so I returned it to the store. The in-store customer service wasn't any help because they could not exchange the bag since it was ordered online. This was unheard of and made no sense. All of the bags were sold out and I could not reorder but also a little leery.

Metallic Beauty

I own the Zaragoza in cognac, so was excited to see this offered in metallic bronze. The bronze color is gorgeous, perfect for the upcoming holidays. It’s a nice larger sized bag, so all the essentials plus some can fit nicely in this bag. Plus I love the rolled leather satchel straps and the removable crossbody strap.
