Received bag with scratches and nicks

Absolutely beautiful bag in the store. I regret ordering it online. I never would have paid for the one I received as it had many scratches and nicks on it. I would be embarrassed to use it. This bag is going back to Macy's and think I'll refrain from ordering online next time.

The last bag I bought from Patricia Nash, I tried to get something fixed. One of the straps broke. I called their customer service very very, very unsatisfactory never got it fixed, but when I saw this bag, I fell in love with it immediately so against my better judgment, I bought it. I used it July in August every day and a couple of the flowers look scratched off.ugg disappointed again

The Perfect Satchel

I love this bag! The construction is top notch. The leather is so soft. It has a more than ample size on the inside for the essentials plus you can fit a water bottle or other medium items. I love satchels and this is the perfect satchel for me. I love the braided handle, which makes it easy to hold and the size makes it ideal to place on your arm - the handles are not too short. I also love that you can do crossbody, which makes it great when I need to be hands free. Lastly, I love the aegean blooms print. It is beautiful and with the cognac/tan colored handle and strap, it really goes with most outfits. This is one of my favorite PN bags.
