Watch sizing

Loved these shoes online, only wish they fit! They're EU 42, which is 10.5-11.0 US. Unfortunately too small for me and not available in larger size. Too bad as they were perfect for the dress I was wearing. Nice construction, seems they would have been very comfortable.
