Not perfect

After a month had to send to shop. Bobbin casing came damaged. Easy to use. Good machine for beginner.

Nice Beginner Machine

This is a great little embroidery machine and becomes easier to use with practice. My only complaint is that the thread tends to move toward the top of the spool sometimes when its embroidering and then the needle breaks.

Only one hoop size! Disappointed!

I was very upset after purchasing this machine that I am stuck with only one hoop size. That is ridiculous 😒. I would love to do larger projects. This really limits design possibilities.

Uploading custom designs requires addtnl purchase

The product description states that it has "a USB port for uploading your own designs." What it does NOT state is that it requires separate purchase of software that you need to install and learn how to use. That revelation came after I had made the purchase and the product was received. I then had to process a return, which did not go smoothly.

The designs need to be in one of the following formats: .pes , .dst , .phc , or .pen (from ibroidery).
