They don’t care about packing or customer service

Horrible Experience. The pearls were shipped in an empty box. The wood gift box broke and the lid let some of the pearls out which scratched the pearls on the necklace and ring!!! There was no wrapping or paper inside which would have kept this from happening. Whoever packed my diamond and pearl set I purchased for my grandmother for Christmas clearly didn’t care. Also I couldn’t get it exchanged or returned in store after being on the phone with Macy’s customer service. The whole experience has been a nightmare, and I won’t be ordering from their website anytime soon. #2801819387

gets rusty

I bought it for my wedding anniversary only wore it 2 or 3 times and put it back in the box and after 3 weeks I opened the box to wore and all the silver part was rusty.
