wrong item sent

I order this 14 piece comforter set and was sent a totally different set with the sku 8304827366 not even close to what I ordered. It's a shame that people don't look at the sku# before filling the order. I should be compensated for the trouble i have to go through with the representative who i spoke with because she didn't want to get me the right product I ordered. very unprofessional because she didn't want to look up my order. Very disappointed. A manager finally seen my order was wrong. How can you let people work with out checking or training them. Mistakes happen but when you try to return a item it shouldn't be that complicated especially when it's not the item you ordered. I have shopped at Macy's in the past but have never had any issues until I called customer service and I was connected to the Philippines. Why are they sending our calls there? I live in the United States and we should be able to talk to customer service in The United States. Not happy with the customer!

Beautiful

Beautiful, classy comforter set and well worth the money! The pink color has a slight mauve tinge and will blend well with other colors.

I got a pink comforter and sheet set The color is not what I thought My daughter washed it so I’m unable to return it The color isn’t the same as the pic Kit happy with it
