Gorgeous and damaged

This was gorgeous...But, the one they shipped to me was damaged. It looked like it was returned, perhaps someone may have dry cleaned it. The whole thing was CRUNCHY. Even the tag was melted. I returned it. AND.... there is another review here that describes the one they received in the same condition. MACYS, how do you explain that??

Pretty quilt with some disappointing qualities

Although the quilt is pretty and a good weight, I am disappointed by the need to iron the fabric after washing. Also, the item arrived with a terrible chemical/rotten odor which I had to wash twice to get rid of.

good but a little thin

good quality but a little thin also the first time when I got it it came with a big yellow stain (I contacted customer service and they sent me another one ) the second one was clean and I love the color
