Great sound quality - fit is a little large

The sound quality is exceptional - if you're looking for an affordable set of ANC headphones with high-quality sound I can't recommend them highly enough. However, you don't get the full seal around your ears if your head, like mine, is a little on the smaller side. Sadly you miss out on the full benefits of the ANC feature. If sustainability is something important to you, Phillips doesn't stock the parts to repair them. In warranty, they'd send a new pair. Out of warranty, you'd need to buy a new pair. I had to purchase a second pair after the first ones I received two years ago as a Christmas gift were damaged in an incident involving the weather while being used... (oops). For any repairs that need to be carried out, I kept a hold of the old ones to salvage useable parts.

Works fine... until it doesn't

Suddenly headphones stopped charging, conveniently after a year of use. Avoid, these and you will avoid disappointment. Also, the headphone cups start to tear after a year.

PH805 headphone Ear Pads

Ear pads broken very quickly. Where do I buy replacement ear pads?

Good headset, but 0 after sales support ruins it

Headset was performing well within the first year, great sound and OK ANC for its price tag. Battery level is also as claimed. But problems started after first year. The plastic quality is not that good, and it broke at 2 places, with no real accident. All three foams started coming out - both ear and the one on top supporting head. I would have loved to continue using this headset, but with the cushion gone what passive ANC is it going to deliver. To add to all this, "zero" after sales support. Support centers dont have any idea what to do with this product. My recommendation - do not buy this product, unless you are OK to throw it away after a year.

Incentivized review

Excellent sound, but controls not user friendly.

The most difficult thing is trying to switch from one device to another. The Bluetooth pairing is quirky. Also, after 2 weeks, I am still not sure when noice cancelling is engaged or not. Yes, I hear a difference, but when I play music, it seems to cancel the noise reduction!!

Earpad broken

Same experience as some users' feedback. The earpad is broken in about 1y (I seldom use it). Not durable at all.

Sound is good, everything else is terrible

I am an adult who uses these for work and gaming purposes at home. The sound quality and noise canceling features are great! But... 1. The build quality is terrible, the padding on the headband started breaking free of the housing after one month of lite use. 2. I have small ears, and the earpieces don't fully cover my ears and cause pain after a couple hours of use. 3. The headset is so tight on my head, it starts being painful after an hour of wearing them. 4. These cannot be used in wired mode, so they can't be charged while in use. 5. The controls are not well explained in the manual and can be very finicky. Also, the single control button is a nightmare.

Great sound, bad build.

I've had these for almost 9 months and have been really impressed with the sound quality. What has me less enthralled is that they started falling apart after 6 months. I used them about 4-5 times a week and keep them in their carry case when not in use. Despite this, one side has start to crack which prevented it from sitting flush over my ear. About a month ago, the material over the padding started coming away. Such a sleek design that now looks like crap. I doubt they will last the full 12 months. Really disappointing from what used to be a respected brand.
