Not as close as a razor. But quite good. No pinching. Can get into close spaces easily. Simple to operate and clean. Lots of shaves on one charge. Comfortable in hand when using. Happy with product.

The shaver gives a really close shave the display gives remaining battery time and the pressure display gives the correct pressure to use

A fantastic face shaver. Just that people at Philips USA sucks. I do not have an other word. Better to close Philips USA. Being Dutch use to deal in the past directly with Philips Holland it was unique

Loyal customer who appreciates all the improvement
I’ve had it now for a couple months and just love it! This is my third Norelco razor over about nine years. I also have the Broun equivalent. So far this one is my favorite! It feels great, well shaving and even better after I shave ready to face the world! Keep up the good work

The shaver overall is very good.
The shaver doesn't do a clean cycle once placed in the cleaning station requiring it to be manually done.

This device becomes very hot during operation, to the point that the heat can be felt on the skin, and the only way to use it is either under the shower or with shaving cream. Even when used with a circular motion, its performance in trimming hair—especially in the beard area—is rather weak. I have used the Braun Series 8 for the past four years, and I find that cleaning the Philips is much easier.

Leaves whiskers behind
It does leave fine whiskers on face. Does not completely clean neck. Very expensive for not working at 100 0/0. The light system will take months if not years to use correctly. Not happy that I spent so much on this
