Poor Battery life

Used it for about a week and returned it. The battery life on i9000 is below average. It would not even last for two days at medium setting. I have the 9000 series shaver battery charge that lasts for a week even when used at maximum speed setting.

HELLO.

Screen displays "hello" on power up. I don't need my device to pretend to be someone. Would I give a ZERO rating just for this? 100% for sure I would.

Many Good Surprises with this Shaver

Purchasing this shaver was a perfect surprise. I was looking for replacement blades for my Series 6000 that was several years old. I found that this one on sale and without having to purchase the blades for the other unit, it wasn't much more that I needed to spend to get the top of the line model. I started reading about the features of better units and purchased the Series 9985. It had more features that I thought i needed and some of the reviews were suspect. After 42 days, I really enjoy using the product each day. The light feature reduces the time it takes to shave since it tells me that I should press harder and not just be gliding over and over again. The light also warns me if I am pressing too hard. This feature would be good it someone was shaving another person in a nursing home. The trimmer also works so much better than the separate unit of my old shaver. The head cleaner is very easy to use and doubles as a holder for the shaver. I have no problem getting close to my nose as some people expressed issues. I didn't expect to be so pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to a friend.
