after reading a few reviews that are bashing on the product i have to say for me the grill performed flawlessly, it is smokeless i have made rib eye steak countless of time on it cause i love it and made skirt steak one time, and yes the grease do tend to stick on the glass but i took care of that with heavy degreaser used in restaurants, i have nothin bad to say about this product. P.S. majority of the times i used in winter time while have guests at home

One thing we would adviee is to clean it right away. The cleaning then is not too bad. Superior quality. Food is always delicious.

Surprised and delighted

I was gifted the grill, and, to be honest, didn't see much point for an indoor grill. I have been so so impressed with it, though. It is not a huge heat emitter as I thought it would be. It is truly smokeless, even more so than cooking on a stove, and it is as simple to use as can be. I have grilled a number of meats, cheese, veggies, etc. I just purchased the rotisserie because I love this grill so much. Would definitely recommend

Cooked a large steak about 1 1/8 “ thick abouts 8 mins a side, it was perfect pink in middle to nicely browned outside very tender.
