hate the vibration. Feels like it is going to slice my mouth. So sorry I let my hygienist talk us into these.

It works well.

I am very happy with this replacement. I think it is my 4th. The last 2 had to be replaced when the shaft broke. I'm trying to be gentler with this one. I would like to see a switch that had a clearer feel so that when the brush is covered in suds, I can feel it!

Makes my teeth feel clean. It is a good toothbrush.

Dual speed and timing features are great.

I chose this rating because I feel is not the fault of the toothbrush. Rather is because I can’t get used to the vibration when I use the brush. For that reason I do not use it as much as I should be. My manual toothbrush is still my first choice.

product needs improvement.

This not as good as my previous Norelco because the sideburn trimmer doesn't cut as well and the shaver will go completely dead without warning when battery is discharged.

I am still getting used to the new concept, but so far it is working out well for me. I have always had to deal with bad breath and have tried everything. I have noticed that by brushing my tongue and using the electric toothbrush, it has noticeably improved. So far so good.

I like that it is light weight

I like the 4100 Series accept for the on/off button is too easy to engage or disengage
