I love the product. It's mine, not to be shared. Simple. A second push of the on button changes the intensity. My mouth feels clean and fresh when done. What's up with the white brush head on a black charging base and cord? Looks like I purchased the toothbrush at the local thrift shop. I bought 2 spare black brush heads. Now it looks right.

This product has just the right number of features
I feel that this tooth brush performs an excellent cleaning in the most comfortable manner. I love the feel of the brush and the built in changes in tone when it id time to change the area of treatment.

This toothbrush is small enough to take on trips!
I love my 4100 series toothbrush. It does a great job getting into the hard to reach areas and I can take it with me for a weekend without needing to bring the charger!

Terrible
This brush has low power and vibrates when using. I am so disappointed in this brush. I have used Sonicare for over 20 years and will not buy this 4100 series brush again
