Overall good toothbrush.
My last toothbrush finally died after many years, so I had to purchase a new one. I chose another Philips Sonicare. This new one is not as comfortable to hold as my old one. It has a feature to let you know that you are pushing too hard, in my opinion this one is too sensitive. It does a great job of cleaning my teeth and I like the extra time to concentrate on the gums.

Sonicare 5100 toothbrush
Sonicare 5100 electric toothbrush. Very happy with this brush....been expressing my dental visits with how clean my teeth are. Great massaging my gums and cleaning and whitening my alot better than my entry level brush. The brush has alot of great features that will help improve your dental care. I use mine with the sonicare flosser.

Just ok
The sensor to alert me to brushing too hard has not worked from the beginning. I find that this model cleans my teeth just so, so. When I use my manual toothbrush my teeth feels cleaner.

It’s works great!

So far, so good!
I bought this right after my most recent dental cleaning. Using twice a day. It's pretty amazing how clean everything feels. The real review will have to come after my next cleaning. We'll see how much they have to scale. Stay tuned...

Won’t recommend it.
I have used it a couple of days and can’t stand the extreme noise of the toothbrush. It was recommended to me for being not too noisy. However, it sounds like a jackhammer going through my mouth.

Made Me a Fan of Electric Toothbrushes
My dentist recommended this toothbrush to me. To be honest, I've never been a big fan of electric toothbrushes. I have a small mouth, and electric toothbrushes usually have a huge head that makes it difficult for me to brush. Not this one. The head is small, and it cleans my teeth better than any manual toothbrush could. I hope my hygienist will see the difference my next cleaning appointment.
