LOVE!

Don't quite understand the bad reviews on this locket. Bought 3 for Christmas gifts and one for myself. The clasps is small on the necklace but i like dainty necklaces. Locket is also not as pink as shown on online but love subtle pink instead. Recommend.

Cute but a huge let down…

Super cute design! I wanted to love it so badly against the other low reviews. I just don’t. The color of the heart is white and the pink is a border around it, so it’s not pink at all, it’s just a white material with pink border which makes it look cheap. The worst part is that clasp of the chain is super small and it’s impossible to get on!! I’ll have to end up having to buy a chain that is better for the locket. The chain is also super short too, so it fits a little like it could be a choker. The material feels flimsy so it’s possible it could break if I’m not careful too, so the price even with the sale is completely not worth it. I will keep it but overall I’m sad and disappointed with this one…

Awesome locket

Very beautiful locket. Jeweler was very helpful and had resources for locket pictures. Manager on site in customer service was rude and not helpful at all. I purchased online and picked up. I had to find another employee to speak to another manger. You would not call another manger for me. Her tone of voice and body language was very unprofessional. As for as all other employees that helped me were absolutely awesome. I will more than likely not come back to this store.

I love these!

I bought two of these lockets for this past Christmas gifts. The color is lovely. It is a light shade of pink which clearly states in the description mother of pearl pink. Once I added pictures inside, I was greatly pleased. I highly recommend these.
