Not Bad

This blouse looks very different in person than pictured. The colors are more bold than the soft muted colors pictured, and there is quite a bit more ruffle to it than what you see in the photo. The sleeves are ridiculously long, but I worked around that by tying them at the cuff. On the positive side, it's very figure flattering, soft and comfortable. I like that it's a plus size blouse that doesn't look frumpy, and for that I'll be keeping it. City Chic sizing is unusual - I normally wear an XL (16-18) in tops and their size S fits me perfect. Pay close attention to their sizing chart.
