Excellent Design Compared To Other Brands
Originally I purchased a different brand but it stopped working after one use and water leaked inside the machine, so I returned it. Then I saw the PMD brand online and purchased their unit which is a much better design because water cannot leak out the bottom of the water container part due to the opening being on top and the connector parts on the bottom and the water container part fits properly inside the unit. I've been using this for a while and it works beautifully. I'm very happy with this purchase. Well designed compared to other brands.

They are selling used products
The steamer I received has numerous scratches and appears to be used. Macy's said they contacted the seller, but I never received a response.
Customer service is lacking!
My package was lost in the mail and the seller won't respond to me. I'm very frustrated as this wad a birthday gift for my daughter

Amazing Steamer Pro
The PMD silk Steam Pro is a fabulous addition to my skincare routine through the week. I fill it with distilled water and turn on my steamer and wash my face and then I begin steaming my face and my pores. The Pmd silk steam pro opens my pores cleans out my pores and softens my skin to the T. I’d recommend the pmd silk steam pro to anyone wanting to detoxify youre skin through the week ,3times per week. Youre skin will look radiant and feel hydrated with the silk steam technology. I love that it turns on real fast due to its rapid speed technology . And I love that it’s spa grade treatment at home in youre own private home. No one bothers me while I’m pampering myself. I've been in the beauty industry for 8 years and with my professional and personal opinion I would highly recommend the PMD Beauty SilkSteam Pro. I typically don't always have the time to go to the spa and get pampered like should, as often as I should, and the older I get the more I like yo focus on what my skin needs, especially my face. With the PMD Beauty SilkSteam Pro is like having a spa in your own home, where you can use it whenever you can fit it into your busy life. It's fairly easy to use, and recommends to steam 2-3 times a week for best results. It comes with 3 essential oil foam filters so you can add your favorite essential oil to your spa grade facial steaming experience. Also, it's prefect in incorporate it at any step of your skincare routine, me personally, I liked to steam before cleansing, to open my pores, and help to enhance absorption.
