Not cool Macys

I bought 2 , one for me and my sister. The first one arrived in a nice black box with NO label, the 2nd arrived in a very plain brown Macys box with a tag that says “can’t be returned if this tag isn’t in place “. I compared them side by side and clearly, the first one without a tag has been used before they sent it to me, the first one was already bent, fading, and not as nice as the 2nd one. They were on sale but I will still be returning. I didn’t think Macys would have this type of customer service but no one is perfect. Thanks anyways.
