buyer beware

I received these earrings and my impression was that were flimsy and did not close easily. Against my better judgement I wore them once, and one fell off and I was unable to find. I was informed that no credit or refund despite the poor construction can be provided, don't buy these, not worth the money or customer service Disappointed!
