Pretty but one doesn’t close

Such pretty earrings. Beyond frustrating to get and see that one of the earrings the closures is too short. Where is quality control? I thought about repurchasing but too much work to return if the clasp is too short again

Horrible packaging and arrived damaged

These were obviously not checked before being shipped. They arrived bent and dented. The packaging was horrible as well. They came in the earring box stuffed in a plastic bag and placed in a paper packing sleeve. I expected more.

One earring’s clasp doesn’t work.

I received these as a Christmas gift from my husband. The earrings themselves are beautiful and are very lightweight. Unfortunately, one of the earring’s clasp doesn’t work so I can’t wear them. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and would have expected more from Macy’s. I would think that the earrings would have been inspected before they were sent out.
