Polished Serpentine chain was poorly constructed; It broke apart. Returning serpentine chain to Macy’s.

Disappointed

This is an expensive necklace. When it arrived it looked beautiful and sturdy, but it broke after just a week of wearing it. I bought it as a Christmas gift, so I felt embarrassed thinking it would last forever. I returned it, of course, and I’m still waiting for my refund.
