Please stop using DoorDash/Uber type services

I am quite surprised that I received an email from Macys to complete a survey for a pair of earrings that wasn’t delivered. The earrings were a Christmas present for my wife that I ordered online and they had the option for delivery via DoorDash to my house within 24 hours. I never received the package. After several days I finally contacted Macys customer service to find out what happened and they told me my package was delivered. Long story short, the DoorDash delivery driver did drive to my home, parking on the street, but never got out of their car. They took a picture of my house from the street while seated in their car and said they delivered. I disputed that they delivered the package (thank god for Ring cameras). Macys took an additional two weeks to send my money back, minus the tip I left for the service. I don’t blame Macys but I am highly disappointed that I didn’t receive all my money back and that they had the audacity to send me a survey to fill out about a product that was never received.

Smaller than expected

I ordered 40mm but received 38mm so I am returning these and asking for the right size what I paid for

disappointed about my earrings

The earrings was a disappointment to me because one came without the hook to close the earring and it was for me to wear for my nite out. I’m returning it.
