I bought these earrings as a birthday gift to myself. They the the perfect size and they are not too heavy on the ears. They are polished and beautiful.

I was sent a previously owned pair of earrings with a bent stem. How am I supposed to gift this to my sister like this? The left earing part is bent and since it’s an “last act” item, I guess I can’t exchange it for a more suitable pair? Macy’s, your workers needs to be a little more considerate when choosing product.

Advertised as silver, but....

These earrings were on Last Call, advertised as silver, but were blemished and dull upon arrival. Just wearing them caused a dulled look...so disappointed as they were somewhat pricey and no return. Would give them zero stars if I could. Macy's should be embarrassed about the quality of this merchandise.
