Clasp failed after first wear!!

The first day I wore these the clasp failed and I didn’t even realize it until I looked in the mirror and there was only one earring! I have no idea where the other one came off after a full day of shopping! It could be anywhere I never found it. And they were a gift for Mother’s Day from my husband. I was very sad that his thoughtful gift lasted one day. I went back to Macy’s and told him about the fall to clasp and they said there was nothing they could do. Not even a discount on another pair. So sad.

Poor Quality Latch Disappointing Purchase

I was very disappointed with the quality of these twist hoop earrings. The latch is extremely flimsy and came out of the groove after just one wear. This type of closure is poorly designed and doesn’t provide the security you’d expect from a piece of jewelry. I ended up returning them and would not recommend this item. Macy’s should consider using a more durable and reliable latch mechanism for future designs.

I was very surprised at the quality of this earring. I had never bought 14K over silver before, and bought this for my granddaughter. I was surprised to see the large size.
