Terrible bracelet and sales person that sent it - very obvious areas where it is broken. I can’t believe a Macy’s store would allow a piece of (expensive) jewelry to leave their store in that condition. The sales person in the Austin Domain store was shocked that a salesperson from a store in California would send clearly defective merchandise. Someone needs to find out who packed up and sent a defective 18k gold bracelet to a customer.

I reluctantly purchased this bracelet, thinking I could return it if it didn't measure up. First, it's not worth more than the sale price. But I am very satisfied with the quality and value for the price. FYI, I weighed it on my postage scale and it's approx. 21 grams.
