Love, love the couches! First experience with the sales agent was not great, hence 3 of 5 stars, if rating the furniture it’s self, 5 stars. Was waiting for him to get a tape measure & his iPad. I walked to the restroom and saw he was talking to a delivery person while we were just waiting. Ugh Went back next day to actually purchase and did receive better customer service, but you only have one chance to make the first impression. But absolutely love the product and will recommend Macys furniture. Need more Macy furniture stores. Would also recommend setting up show rooms in a more room staged environment. Would probably sell more rugs if you had them staged with matching living sets PS my sweet puppy named LuLu also approves the new couch

My husband & I picked the sofa & loveseat for it's comfort & the walnut color. Nearly 1 year later, it is still comfortable. It is extremely durable & hasn't endured any damage with daily use by 2 senior adults. The only thing I wish it has was the cup holder & storage area so many of these recliners come with, but if you want firm comfort, I highly recommend this one.

We’ve owned this couch since last March and we really wanted to love it. Unfortunately, the footrests catch on each other since day one. We decided to live with that as we’re not fans of Macy’s warranty work. However, the seat cushions are now breaking down and we are well under the weight limit rating. The cushions have compressed enough that it is difficult for arthritic joints to get up from the couch. The leather is in new condition still even though my 80lbs dog sneaks up on it. It’s disappointing that we’ll need to replace it in less than a year.

Nice, but too small for average sized adults.
Nice sofa, back is deceptively low. Our sofa upstairs is listed as the same back height yet this one barely hits our neck unless fully reclined and we're both only 5'8". Sad because otherwise a nice sofa, but wouldn't have bought if we were able to try it out in store first

Horrible Experience
The Loveseat is the most uncomfortable seat I have ever tried. Hard as a rock, and when reclined, you slide off. Also, we ordered white glove delivery from Macy's and were told that if we didn't like it, we could return it, no questions asked. NOT TRUE! We were charged a usage fee, even though we did not use it, and forfeited the delivery fee. We will never buy furniture from Macy's again!
