already had it replaced

My furniture was delivered June 4th it is beautiful. Already having the couch replaced due to manufacturer defect mechanism in the reclining I insisted that the couch be replaced, not fixed and now I’m experiencing the same thing with one of the chairs,…… so I’m really not sure how I would rate this furniture.

nice but it is firm- looks great

The chair we bought looks really nice. The leather is good quality and it’s attractive overall. It would not work for a tall person. Our feet hang over the bottom when it’s reclined but we’re not very tall so it works for us. It is very roomy and we love that it doesn’t have that terrible flap in back at the bottom so it looks very tailored when you recline. I looked for months and months to find some thing I liked that didn’t have the flap and this suits us.
