Missing order.

My order came without this polo shirt. I ordered two items, the blazer came, but the order item which is the Polo shirt was not in the box. The looks tempered when dropped in front of my house.

I’ll Never shop again in Macys!

Defective! They send me a defective item with a tear in it and I couldn’t get my money back! Very awful customer service! They told me they issued me a refund but I have not received anything.
