Order cancelled.

My order was cancelled. It snowed my car froze and I couldn't get in it to pick up my order however I feel that Macy's could of extended my pickup because of those circumstances. I spend a lot of money here; and that too should of been considered. I would like to reorder the same sneaker at the same price. This was a Christmas gift for a child. You guys could at least pick up the phone when customers try to call about these things but that's another problem. Try to do better especially around the holidays.

Worst buying experience ever

Package arrived damaged. After opening damaged box I thought would be a pair of sneakers I received two left foot sneakers in two different sizes with enough plastic wrap for six pair of shoes. When I went through the virtual assistant chat to request an exchange their system could not process the change. I was told a supervisor would be in contact with me in 2-3 days haven’t heard back yet. I have ordered numerous times over the years from Macy’s and this has been the Absolute worst ever buying experience. VERY disappointed and Dissatisfied
