Where is the Polo short?

I did not receive the notification that my Polo short was delivered to Montgomery Mall Macy. It was paid for on 8/24/25. Very poor customer service.

Images don't match fit at all; way too baggy

These are a lot more baggy than they look in the pictures, and unless you are 6'3"+, they are going to go over your kneecaps when standing. Needless to say, I am not a fan but too lazy to return them so they will go to Goodwill.
