I am deeply disappointed with Macy’s Customer Service over the past few years.Waiting 64 mins for an agent during holiday season is unacceptable! I called 3 other reputable retailers that day & didn't wait more than 17 minutes. I've been a loyal customer for 19 years, yet I’ve never seen service this bad.This year alone, I had 8 missing or misdelivered orders & agents seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. It’s frustrating that there are also language barriers with some reps. I’m NOT SURE why Macy’s would consider hiring someone who has difficulty in understanding or speaking the language. Problems with shipping; sending wrong items; receiving used merchandise & above all , the disinterest of Customer Service Agents in REALLY SOLVING Macy’s problems!! They will claim that an order will take no longer than a week to receive all of it but in reality; it takes close to 2 weeks if you get it at all. I Requested COO executive address to explain what’s going on. My request was declined!
