Extremely disappointed with the shipping carrier

Extremely disappointed with the shipping carrier Doorash. The order status shows "successfully delivered," but in reality, the package was stolen and never actually delivered to me. I have evidence proving that the delivery was marked as complete even though the item was not delivered. Photo 1: The delivery person reported a successful delivery.
