Pink perfection

I have been wearing RL for most of my adult life. Even now, at 76, there are styles to suit my age and life stage. Since I was diagnosed with fatal cancer, bone pain has prevented me from pulling my cashmere cable pullovers over my arms. So when I saw the cotton cable cardigan in PINK, my favorite color, I could scarcely wait for it to arrive. Last Sunday I went with extended family to a play at a local HS where my grandson’s new girlfriend was all over me about the sweater. I was, frankly tickled pink, because here was a nice college girl complementing my choice. I must admit that such is my consistent taste and color choice, I had a 20 year old pair of Italian cotton Sox with blue dots that really flashed. Thanks, RL for the quality and beauty that continue to bring such pleasure even to an old lady.

Beautiful and tiny

This sweater is so pretty and such nice material, but it’s soooooooooo small. I’m a solid medium regardless of the brand and I think I’d need an xl in this. Had I known, that’s what I would’ve ordered and now every size is sold out so I have to get a refund. It’s so disappointing when measurements for each size aren’t included in the descriptions.

From Casual to Chic in One Piece
