dishwasher and microwave

I have a large set of these dishes. I believe all say made in England on back. However, I did have one dinner plate that shows cracks in the sealant layer and I think this might be from the microwave. Very disappointed in that and wish I could return it to Macy's. Might ask next time I am there. For the money, this should not occur.

Nice platter

I was disappointed to see that Portmeirion is no longer made in England. Quality is not the same and it is being returned.
