Terrible product

Just an awful product. The flowers come off even if hand washed. They must be decals. The quality of the glass is excellent so I use them clear. Not Portmerion quality at all.

We’re sorry to hear the floral design has not held up as expected, although we’re glad you’ve been pleased with the quality of the glass itself. We appreciate you sharing the details of your experience, particularly with hand washing, and will make sure your comments are passed along to our product team for review. portmeiriongroup
