Disappointed

I love this fixture and it works perfectly over my dining table. The first one I ordered was installed and then I saw a red round object embedded in the finish. Lamps Plus was wonderful and sent me another one to be installed at no cost to me! After the men left, I noticed one of the glass covers was tilted to the side and I could not adjust it. I was going to call back the men or call Lamps Plus but decided to just live with it. The company that made it seems to have little quality control.
