Incorrect chain, does not match rest of chandelier.

The chain we received is not the same as pictured. It's has a brassy finish, not a gold finish to match the chandelier. Moreover the chain is too wide, so wide that the threaded ring will not slide up the chain as indicated in the Instructions. Clearly we were sent the incorrect chain. Installation is problematic.

Fixture does not hang properly

This chandelier is stunning, but we have found that either the fixture somehow got bent or there are manufacturing flaws. The 4 vertical supports do not align vertically and the holes the crystals hang from also do not align. We are very disappointed. (We had this professionally installed.)
