Opened box upon pickup

I purchased a Prada perfume sample with curbside pickup at Macy’s. The lady who assisted me was very kind and her service deserves 5 stars. However, to my surprise, when I opened the bag the box was already open and the two small bottles were loose inside, as if they had already been opened. This has never happened to me before at Macy’s, and it’s not the quality I expected when receiving a new product.
