Shame on you Macy’s I purchased this product thinking it would help my wife with her hot flashes and all it is a low tech heating pad. You should be shame of yourself selling this product to anyone it needs to be pulled off the market as soon as possible. How did Macy’s let themselves get suckered into selling this to customers? When I received this item, I was surprised to find out that it only warms. It does not cool. I feel the advertising is very misleading. I'm surprised that Macy's would be a party to this. As for the heating aspect of the mattress, it works beautifully. The cold weather has arrived so it is great to get into a warm bed. I have been setting it on the first or second setting and that is plently warm and cozy. You can certainly set it higher if you want it warmer. Due to it not cooling, I would have returned it had I paid the full price. However since I got it at less than half price, I decided it was worth it for the warming feature.

I purchased a full heated mattress pad. Because I have had a difficult time finding a pad with two controls, I talked with customer service. She assured me pad came with two controls as indicated in the picture. She could not show me the words indicating two controls, but over and over assured me of two. The heated pad was delivered with one. I am so disappointed in customer service and the deceptive advertising picture used.

This product advertises the pad is Cooling ALSO. IT DOES NOT COOL as this is just another heating pad. The fabric it is made of is Cool to the touch but if you are laying on it, it warms up with your body temperature. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!
