Loud but otherwise excellent

The urn is attractive, very stable at the base, desirable because of the double wall insulation and water level indicator and heavy gauge power cord and the high level of quality. It’s loud though. Not “is that an airplane taking off?!” loud — but a white noise sort of “I can read the newspaper in the room but don’t really want to have a conversation” loud.
