Started off strong, ended poor.

Was great for about the first year, that’s when food started to stick to it. Now stuff gets stuck in the grooves on the top and it’s a literal pain to clean. Honestly thinking about tossing this in the garbage and buying something else.

Review after a Year's worth of use

I bought this July of 2024. We love it! The only issues are the drip pan cracked recently and we've lost two footies which is weird. The drip pan is made of a very lightweight plastic.

Easy to store

A very convenient tool that finally had an engineer that figured out that with permanently attached handles the item is hard to store, or maybe they actually listen to the consumers. Still getting use to the unit, and at first I did not like the textured cooking surface, but do not have an issue with it now. . Love the way the legs can be removed so it can be stored. Heats up fast, and is so easy to clean.

I have used this brand before and gave been pleased…not this item. Black residues left on my hands after washing. Does not heat evenly..

Washing your griddle in the dishwasher is not recommended. The bottom of the griddle will likely discolor due to the caustic nature of the dishwasher detergent. A gray residue may also form on the griddle bottom, which may transfer onto towels and/or skin. It may also, over time, diminish the non-stick properties of the cooking surface. We recommend preheating the griddle 5-10 minutes to help distribute the heat properly. . It’s ok

I like the non stick finish! The griddle does not sit flat on the counter, one leg is longer than the others therefore it wobbles! And the grease does not flow off
