Bonus gift not received

Happy with the skillet but at the time of the order there was a promotion of a free bonus gift. Received the skillet but not the bonus gift. Called customer service and my order no longer shows the bonus gift. My advise always take a picture of the promotion as prof.

Customer service & shipping terrible

Bought off gift registry for a wedding shower. Arrived only in the origional box. Destroyed. Talked to the customer service. They gave me two options 1. Refund or 2. Send new one. Didnt trust a new one being sent so went with refund. Everything finalized. Then I got an email saying I had to return it to the store. Such a waste of time trying to buy a gift. Im sure they'll just throw it out at the store after I waste my time bringing it there. Purchased a different one from a different store so I dont have to deal with this nonsense.

Everything I Was Looking For

This skillet is everything we needed it to be. It’s large enough to prepare food for our large family. It heats up quickly & cleans up easily! Last, but not least, I like that it is free of PFAS & made from ceramic.

Frustrated by delivered from wharehouse!

This item is from a gift registry-not in stocks at any nearby stores so had to be shipped. It was delivered in its own box only, torn and taped with packing tape and labels stuck to the outside. I returned it as it could NOT be gifted in this condition. I called and requested the next one be delivered in a protective box. IT WAS NOT! It was worse than the first box. So, I reordered it again and was told Macy's has no control over how it leaves the warehouse. RIDICULOUS! Third item was in good enough condition to be given as a gift. Absurd amount of aggravation. ALL registry gifts should be boxed in UPS boxes! Sorry, I dont have pictures of the damaged voxes.

damaged shipping

My electric fry pan came so banged up that the cover was all dented. It was not in a box. It was only in the original box that the frying pan came in.
